Tim holds a Certificate in Training Practice (CITP), obtained at Bristol City College. In addition, he has attended a number of development courses: Foundation Course for Trainers, Facilitation Skills, How to be an Exceptional Trainer, Introduction to Project Management, Accelerated Learning Techniques, Performance Coaching, Successful Job Instruction, Supervisory Skills, Team Leader Development, Mental Health First Aid. Due to his breadth of experience, Tim is often involved in consultancy work. His analysis skills are used to good effect when carrying out a Training Needs Analysis, his skills at writing training material are unsurpassed, and the metrics delivered to management after the training intervention are second to none. Tim's skills obtained over the last 15 years have honed his ability to deliver quality training. His courses are always well received and feedback given by delegates is very positive. Tim holds a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. This provides the professional qualification to enable him to carry out workplace safety inspections. Tim is also a mental health first aid instructor.

Timothy's background is as a Trainer in the nuclear industry. He has delivered training in a number of industrial skills areas, as well as in first aid and the use of management and business software. Soft skills has also been an important topic delivered, including human performance and leadership skills. Having been an occupational first aider for over 12 years, Timothy is keen to pass on this experience to others.
